Hi, my name is Sally and I am the Service Manager of Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes.
With over two decades of experience in early childhood education, my dedication to fostering a love for learning, encouraging creativity, and promoting social development has remained at the core of my approach. I believe that each child is a unique individual with their own set of strengths and curiosities, and it is our privilege as caregivers and educators to support and cultivate their potential.
I deeply value partnerships with families in this collaborative journey of growth and development. I recognise the importance of open communication, trust and shared goals.
As Service Manager, creating an environment where children feel secure, valued, and inspired will be at the heart of every decision made.
I am a mother of three adult children and a proud grandmother of five. I am an avid reader, amateur crafter, passionate op shopper and I am just discovering my love for travel and adventure.
